Output Messenger software provides easy access for users to make voice / video calls to users.
Voice Chat
Voice chat is the modern way of distant communication. To adjust voice chat configuration, Choose the Settings > Other options > Audio to set your voice call on Output Messenger :
Provide the needed details for your clear audio call. Once fill out the details, press the Save button to secure your details. On IM chat window, press the voice call 
icon to turn on your voice call.
Test Voice
Click on the Test Voice button and pre-check your voice call quality.
Reload Sound(Audio) devices
Click on the Reload icon present at the top right of voice call window to reload your connected sound device.
Video Chat
Video Chat – Makes face-to-face video calls with friends. To adjust video chat configuration, go to Settings > Other options > Video.
Provide the needed details for your clear video call. Once fill out the details, press the Save button to secure your details. On IM chat window, press the video call icon 
to turn on your face to face chatting.
Test Video
Click on the Test Video button and pre-check your video call clarity.
Reload Video devices
Click on the Reload icon present at the top right of video call window to reload your connected video device.
Voice Record
Click on 
Voice Record icon in the Messenger chat window to start recording voice message. Leave the click to generate the audio file & press enter to send the voice record.
